تعتبر جرائم متماثلة فى العود الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المادتين 19، 20 من هذا القانون والجرائم المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم 57 لسنة 1939 بشأن العلامات والبيانات التجارية والجرائم المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم 48 لسنة 1941 بشأن قمع الغش والتدليس.
