تحتفظ مصلحة دمغ المصوغات والموازين بمراجع للوحدات المستخدمة فى الوزن والقياس والكيل المبينة فى الجدول رقم (2) الملحق بهذا القانون على نحو يحافظ على دقتها، وتتولى معايرة ودمغ أجهزة وآلات وأدوات الوزن والقياس والكيل على المراجع المحفوظة لديها طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له.
