How long is a worker's annual leave under Labour Law 14 of 2025?
Reviewed and approved by a lawyer on 5 October 2026; its citations were checked against the library on 5 October 2026.
Annual paid leave is:
- 15 days in the first year of service; - 21 days from the second year; - 30 days after completing ten years with one or more employers, or if the worker is over 50; - 45 days for workers with disabilities and dwarfs. 1
If service is less than a year, leave is proportional to the time worked, provided the worker has completed at least six months with the employer. Workers in hazardous or health-harming work, or in remote areas specified by ministerial decision, receive an additional seven days. 1
