مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة الثانية يجوز للمحافظ أو المدير أن يرخص للمراقب بناء على طلبه بتغيير محل إقامته بشرط انقضاء ستة أشهر على إقامته فى محل المراقبة.
ويتبع فى نقل المراقب المرخص له بتغيير محل إقامته الإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة الثالثة.
