يجوز لوزير الداخلية فى سبيل تحديد محل إقامة المراقبين تنفيذا لأحكام المادتين الثانية والعاشرة أن يعين منطقة خاصة للمراقبين.
ويصدر بالتنظيم الإدارى لتلك المنطقة قرارا منه.
