لا يجوز رفع الدعوى الجنائية في الجرائم المشار إليها في المادتين 116 مكررا ( أ )، 116 مكررا (ب) من قانون العقوبات على أعضاء مجالس إدارة الهيئات المختصة والشركات التي تشرف عليها إلا بناء على إذن من النائب العام بعد أخذ رأى الوزير المختص.
