تحتفظ الشركة المنقضية خلال مدة التصفية بالشخصية الاعتبارية بالقدر اللازم لأعمال التصفية.
ويضاف إلى اسم الشركة خلال مدة التصفية (عبارة تحت التصفية) مكتوبة بالحروف كاملة.
وتبقى أجهزة الشركة قائمة خلال مدة التصفية وتقتصر سلطتها على أعمال التصفية التي لا تدخل في اختصاص المصفين.
