يظل مجلس إدارة الشركة بعد انقضائها قائما على إدارتها.
ويعتبر بالنسبة إلى الغير في حكم المصفى إلى أن يتم تعيين مصف بقرار من مجلس إدارة هيئة القطاع العام التي تشرف على الشركة وعلى مجلس الإدارة أن يقدم له حساباته ويسلمه أموال الشركة ودفاترها ومستنداتها.
