يبلغ رئيس المحكمة الخبير بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم وصول صورة أية شكوى تقدم ضده للرد عليها خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ إبلاغه إياها .
ولرئيس المحكمة بعد الاطلاع على رد الخبير أن يحفظ الشكوى أو أن يحققها سواء بنفسه أو بمن يندبه من القضاة أو من المستشارين على حسب الأحوال وله بعد ذلك أن يحفظ الشكوى أو ينذر الخبير أو يأمر بإحالته إلى لجنة التأديب . وفى كل الأحوال تودع نتيجة الشكوى ملف الخبير .
