يؤخذ رأى المجلس الاستشارى فى :
( ١ ) تعيين الخبراء وترقيتهم ونقلهم .
( ٢ ) ندب الخبراء لغير عملهم .
( ٣ ) إنشاء مكاتب الخبرة وأقسامها .
( ٤ ) سائر المسائل المتعلقة بمكاتب خبراء وزارة العدل .
