Article 72 of the Capital Market Law

تؤدى الشركة التى يتم تأسيسها طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون
إلى الهيئة رسما للتأسيس بواقع واحد فى الألف من قيمة رأسمالها المصدر بحد
أدنى خمسة آلاف جنيه وبحد أقصى خمسة عشر ألف جنيه، ومقابلا سنويا
للخدمات التى تؤديها الهيئة بواقع اثنين فى المائة من قيمة رأس رأسمال المصدر
بحد أدنى ألف جنيه وبحد أقصى خمسة آلاف جنيه .
