Article 47 of the Capital Market Law

تتكون موارد الهيئة مما يأتى :
(أ) الاعتمادات التي تخصصها لها الدولة .
(ب) الرسوم التي تحصلها الهيئة طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
(ج) مقابل الخدمات التى تقدمها .
(د) الغرامات التي يحكم بها تطبيقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
(ه) القروض والمنح المحلية والخارجية التي يوافق عليها مجلس إدارة الهيئة
بعد اعتمادها من السلطة المختصة قانونا .
