تسرى أحكام المادة (٢٠ مكررا) من هذا القانون على الأشخاص الطبيعيين العاملين لدى بورصة العقود الآجلة ، أو شركات الوساطة في العقود الآجلة والأعضاء المتعاملين على السلع ، وكل من لديه معلومات غير مفصح عنها للكافة عن العقود محل التعامل والسلع والأوراق المالية ذات الارتباط بهذه العقود .
