مع عدم الإخلال بما قرره قانون العقوبات من عقوبة أشد يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة شهور كل شخص مكلف بمراقبة تنفيذ أحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون ممن أشير إليهم فى المادة (49) إذا وقعت المخالفة لتلك الأحكام نتيجة لاتفاقه بأى شكل كان مع المخالف وكذلك إذا تعمد إهمال المراقبة أو إغفال التبليغ عن أية مخالفة لهذا المرسوم بقانون.
