يجوز بعد إتمام الإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة إبقاء الأشياء موضوع الاستيلاء فى المكان المحفوظة فيه بحراسة الحائزين لها وتحت مسئوليتهم حتى يتم استلام هذه الأشياء أو توزيعها بالطريقة التى تقررها وزارة التموين.
