يجوز لوزير التموين أن يحدد بقرار منه الشروط التى يرخص بها على سبيل الاستثناء من نصوص هذا المرسوم بقانون فى بيع اللحوم فى أيام الاثنين والثلاثاء والأربعاء إلى المرضى والمستشفيات والسفن حال رسوها فى المياه المصرية.
كذلك له أن يحدد بقرار منه أيام الأعياد والمواسم والمصايف التى يرفع فيها الحظر المنصوص عليه فى المواد من 15 إلى 17.
