مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالسجن المشدد الذى لا تقل مدته عن خمس سنين ، كل من استورد أو صنع أو أنتج أو حاز أو باع أو تداول أو تزيا بزى رسمى مخصص للقوات المسلحة أو الشرطة ، أو حمل بطاقات أو علامات أو إشارات عسكرية أو علامات مميزة لعمل أو وظيفة من غير حق ، أو انتحل بأية وسيلة صفة الضبطية القضائية أو الإدارية ، وذلك بغرض جمع المعلومات لارتكاب جريمة إرهابية .
