استثناء من أحكام المادة ١٧ من قانون العقوبات لا يجوز النزول بالعقوبة المقضى بها فى إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها بالمواد (١٢/١ ، ١٥/١ ، ١٦/١ و٢ ، ١٧/١ و٢ ، ١٨/١ ، ٣٠) من هذا القانون إلا لدرجة واحدة .
