على أجهزة الدولة معاونة المجلس فى أداء مهامه ، وتيسير مباشرته لاختصاصاته ، وتزويده بما يطلبه من بيانات أو معلومات تتصل بهذا الاختصاص .
وللمجلس دعوة أى ممثل لهذه الأجهزة للمشاركة فى أعمال المجلس واجتماعاته دون أن يكون له حق التصويت .
