للشركة أن تباشر نشاطها بالنسبة للأوراق المالية بما فى ذلك الأوراق المالية الأجنبية ، والتى يشترط فيها أن تكون مقيدة فى بورصة الأوراق المالية بالدولة التى صدرت بها .

لا يجوز للشركة أن تباشر نشاطها إلا بالنسبة إلى الأوراق المالية .
ويشترط في الأوراق المالية الأجنبية أن تكون مقيدة في بورصة الأوراق المالية بالدولة
التي صدرت فيها .
