على الشركة القيام بما يأتي :
١ - الاستعانة بنظم وإجراءات ملائمة وكافية لحماية الأوراق المالية المحفوظة لديها .
٢ - الاستعانة بمحاسبين قانونيين من خارج الشركة لتقييم أساليب المراجعة المالية لديها .
٣ - إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء الشركة يخطر بها أعضاء الإيداع المركزي
ومصدرو الأوراق المالية .
٤ - وضع ترتيبات لضمان حسن أداء نظام المعالجة الإلكتروني للمعلومات
ونظام استرجاع المعلومات المحفوظة به في حال تعطله .
