يلتزم المرخص له بممارسة نشاط أمناء الحفظ بما يأتى:
١ - الفصل بين الأوراق المالية والحسابات الخاصة به وبين ما يخص كل من عملائه،
مع إمساك سجلات بذلك.
٢ - إضافة وخصم المدفوعات الناتجة عن التعامل على الأوراق المالية وإدارتها
في الحساب الخاص بكل عميل.
٣ - رد الأوراق المالية للعميل وما له من مبالغ نقدية وذلك بناء على طلبه.
