يجب أن تودع لدى الشركة الأوراق المالية المقيدة في إحدى بورصات
الأوراق المالية وجميع الأوراق المالية التي تصدرها أي شركة إذا طرحت أوراقا مالية لها
في اكتتاب عام . ويجوز إيداع غير ذلك من الأوراق المالية .
وفي جميع هذه الحالات يكون قيد الأوراق المودعة وإجراء المقاصة والتسوية للعمليات
التي تتم عليها من خلال الشركة .
