يعين خريجو الكلية تحت الاختبار فى رتبة أقرانهم من خريجى الكلية الحربية الملتحقين معهم فى عام الالتحاق ذاته.
وتسرى فى شأنهم أحكام قانون خدمة الضباط العاملين بالقوات المسلحة على أن يصدر وزير الحربية قرارا بالقواعد الخاصة بتحديد أقدميتهم.
