للنيابة العامة أو جهاز الكسب غير المشروع أن تطلع المصلحة على ملفات أية دعوى مدنية أو جنائية تتعلق بما تجريه المصلحة من فحص أو ربط أو تحصيل الضرائب المقررة بهذا القانون .
