يلتزم الممول بتوفير البيانات وصور الدفاتر والمستندات والمحررات بما فى ذلك قوائم العملاء والموردين التى تطلبها المصلحة منه كتابة وذلك خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ طلبها ما لم يقدم الممول دليلا كافيا على الصعوبات التى واجهها فى إعداد وتقديم البيانات المطلوبة خلال الفترة المحددة .
ولرئيس المصلحة أو من يفوضه مد هذه المدة لمدة مناسبة إذا قدم الممول دليلا كافيا على ما يعترضه من صعوبات فى تقديم تلك البيانات والصور .
