على المصلحة فحص إقرارات الممولين سنويا من خلال عينة يصدر بقواعد ومعايير تحديدها قرار من الوزير بناء على عرض رئيس المصلحة .
ولا تسرى أحكام هذه المادة على الممول الذى لا يمسك دفاتر وحسابات منتظمة
وفقا لحكم المادة (٧٨) من قانون الضريبة على الدخل .
