إذا ربطت الضريبة على شخص وثبت أنه يعمل لحساب شخص آخر بطريق الصورية أو التواطؤ للحصول على أية مزايا أو للتهرب من أية التزامات مقررة بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون ، كانا مسئولين بالتضامن عن سداد الضريبة المستحقة على الأرباح .
