على أقسام المرور الامتناع عن تجديد أو نقل رخصة تسيير سيارات
الأجرة أو النقل المملوكة لأى شخص من أشخاص القطاع الخاص إلا بعد تحصيل مبلغ تحت
حساب الضريبة المستحقة عليه .
ويصدر بتحديد هذا المبلغ قرار من الوزير بما لا يجاوز ١٠٪ من الرسم المقرر
للترخيص المفروض بقانون المرور الصادر بالقانون رقم ٦٦ لسنة ١٩٧٣ ، ويتم تحصيل ذلك
المبلغ دفعة واحدة أو على أقساط طبقا للقواعد المنظمة لسداد الضريبة المفروضة
على السيارة وفقا لقانون المرور .
