يلتزم المسئول عن حجز الضريبة وتوريدها طبقا للمادة (١٤) من هذا القانون بالآتى :
١ - تقديم إقرار ربع سنوى إلى مأمورية الضرائب المختصة فى يناير وإبريل ويوليو وأكتوبر من كل عام على النموذج المعد لذلك .
٢ - إعطاء العامل بناء على طلبه كشفا يبين فيه اسمه ثلاثيا ومبلغ ونوع الدخل وقيمة الضريبة المحجوزة .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية قواعد وإجراءات تنفيذ أحكام هذه المادة .
