تتكون موارد المجلس مما يأتى :
١ - ما يخصص له من اعتمادات مالية كافية فى الموازنة العامة للدولة .
٢ - الهبات والتبرعات والإعانات والمنح التى يقبلها المجلس والتى لا تتعارض مع أغراضه .
٣ - عائد استثمار أمواله .
