على قلم كتاب المحكمة التى تباشر أمامها إجراءات التنفيذ على عقار إخطار المصلحة بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوبا بعلم الوصول بإيداع قائمة شروط البيع وذلك خلال الخمسة عشر يوما التالية لتاريخ الإيداع .
وعلى قلم كتاب المحكمة التى يحصل البيع أمامها وكذلك على كل من يتولى البيع بالمزاد أن يخطر المصلحة بخطاب موصى عليه مصحوبا بعلم الوصول بتاريخ بيع العقارات أو المنقولات وذلك قبل تاريخ البيع بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل .
وكل تقصير أو تأخير فى الإخطار المشار إليه فى الفقرتين السابقتين يعرض المتسبب فيه للمساءلة التأديبية .
