يتولى هذا القسم التدريب العملى لضباط الشرطة لرفع مستوى كفايتهم وأدائهم سواء فى مواد الشرطة أو المواد العسكرية أو الرياضية أو غيرها.
وتحدد اللائحة الداخلية برامج التدريب ونظمه ومدده وشروط القبول به، وتقدير مستوى الكفاية فيه أو نظام الامتحان.
