يفرض رسم مقرر قدره أربعون قرشا عن كل اشهاد بتوكيل أو عزل من الوكالة . فاذا زاد الاشهاد على ورقة واحدة فرض رسم اضافي قدره عشرة قروش عن كل ورقة من الزيادة .
و يخفض الرسم الى النصف اذا كان التوكيل أو عزل الوكيل ثابتين بغير اشهاد أو بغير تصديق على الامضاء و يكون قد قدم أو أبدى في قضية .
