Article 57 of the Sharia Courts Fees Law

يفرض على الاشهاد رسم مقرر قدره مائة قرش و اذا زاد الاشهاد على ورقة واحدة فرض رسم اضافي قدره عشرون قرشا عن كل ورقة من الزيادة .
و يستثنى من ذلك الاشهادات والتوكيلات المتعلقة بأمور الزوجية والنفقات فتحصل عنها الرسوم المبينة في الجدول حرف ( ١ ) المرافق لهذا القانون .
كما تستثنى منها الاشهادات الأخرى الواردة في نفس الجدول والتي لا رسوم عليها .
