يجوز التصالح على الرسوم القضائية المستحقة قبل العمل بهذا القانون إذا دفع المدين مبلغا يعادل نصف الرسوم المأمور بها ، وذلك خلال ستة أشهر تبدأ من اليوم التالي لنفاذ هذا القانون ، وتنقضي المطالبة بدفع مبلغ التصالح .
ويسقط حق المدين في التصالح بفوات الميعاد المنصوص عليه في الفقرة السابقة .
