Article 55 bis of the Sharia Courts Fees Law

يجوز التصالح على الرسوم القضائية المستحقة في مواد الأحوال الشخصية إذا دفع المدين مبلغا يعادل ثلثي الرسوم القضائية المأمور بها خلال مدة التسعين يوما التالية لإعلانه بأمر تقدير الرسوم ، وتنقضي المطالبة بدفع مبلغ التصالح .
وعلى قلم الكتاب المختص عند إعلانه أمر تقدير الرسوم أن يعرض التصالح على المدين .
ويسقط حق المدين في التصالح بفوات الميعاد المنصوص عليه في الفقرة الأولى .
