يفرض رسم نسبي قدره ٠.٢ ./. على المبالغ التي يصدر بها أمر تقدير أتعاب للمحامي ضد موكله اذا لم تتجاوز هذه المبالغ ٤٠٠ جنيه فان تجاوزتها فرض رسم قدره ١ ./. على الزيادة .
و يستحق هذا الرسم عند وضع الصيغة التنفيذية على أمر التقدير .
