فيما عدا ما هو منصوص عليه في المادة ٤٤ يفرض رسم مقرر قدره عشرة قروش في القضايا الجزئية وعشرون قرشا في القضايا الكلية والجزئية المستأنفة وثلاثون قرشا في القضايا المنظورة أمام المحكمة العليا على الأوراق الآتي بيانها :
( أولا ) الأوامر التي تصدر على العرائض سواء قبل الطلب أو رفض .
( ثانيا ) الأوامر التي تصدر في طلبات التعجيل سواء قبل الطلب أو رفض .
