يمنح المستحقون عمن يتوفى أو يفقد من المجندين بسبب الخدمة معاشا شهريا مقداره عشرة جنيهات ، مالم يكن المتوفى من المحتفظ لهم بوظائفهم المدنية فيمنح المستحقون عنه معاشا شهريا يعادل أربعة أخماس راتبه المدنى مضافا إليه جنيهان على ألا يقل المجموع عن عشرة جنيهات .
