Article 41 of the Armed Forces Retirement, Insurance and Pensions Law

يجوز بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية بناء على اقتراح وزير الحربية منح معاشات استثنائية أو زيادات فى المعاشات أو مكافآت استثنائية للأفراد العاملين بهذا القانون ، أو الذين انتهت خدمتهم ، أو لعائلات من يستشهد أو يتوفى أو يفقد منهم وهو بالخدمة أو بعد انتهاء خدمته .
كما تسرى أحكام هذه المادة على العاملين بأحكام أى قانون من قوانين التقاعد والمعاشات العسكرية السابقة على هذا القانون والمستحقين منهم .
