يفرض عند الانتقال خارج المحكمة رسم مقداره خمسة جنيهات فى حالة
الإشهاد وجنيه ونصف فى حالة التصديق وذلك بخلاف مصاريف الانتقال.
ويتعدد هذا الرسم في حالة تعدد الإشهاد ، وكذلك في حالة تعدد الطالبين مع اختلاف المواد .
