مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (14) من هذا القانون لا يجوز إعطاء غير المحكوم لصالحه أية صورة أو ملخص أو شهادة أو ترجمة من أى دعوى أو من أى دفتر أو من أى ورقة إلا بعد تحصيل ما يكون مستحقا من الرسوم على القضية أو على أصل الأوراق إلا إذا كان طالب الصورة هو المدعى عليه وكان محكوما برفض الدعوى لصالحه.
