يلغى المرسوم التشريعى رقم 54 لسنة 1952 والمرسوم بقانون رقم 74 لسنة 1952 والقانون رقم 28 لسنة 1955 والمرسوم بقانون رقم 448 لسنة 1955 والمرسوم رقم 1603 لسنة 1955 والقانون رقم 255 لسنة 1956 المشار إليها كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون.
