مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة اشد تنص عليها القوانين الأخرى يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تزيد على مائتى جنيه مصرى أو ألف وثمانمائة ليرة سورية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أبدى أمام السلطات المختصة أقوالا كاذبة أو قدم اليها اوراقا غير صحيحة مع علمه بذلك لتسهيل دخوله الجمهورية العربية المتحدة أو إقامته فيها أو دخول غيره أو إقامته.
