لا يجوز إبعاد الأجنبى من ذوى الإقامة الخاصة إلا إذا كان فى وجوده ما يهدد أمن الدولة أو سلامتها فى الداخل أو فى الخارج أو إقتصادها القومى أو الصحة العامة أو الآداب العامة أو السكينة العامة أو كان عالة على الدولة بعد عرض الأمر على اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة 29 وموافقتها.
