يصدر الوزير المختص بشئون الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون
المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به ، وعلى الجهات القائمة بالعمل فى مرفق
الكهرباء أن توفق أوضاعها طبقا لأحكام القانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ صدور
لائحته التنفيذية ، ما لم يحدد هذا القانون مددا أخرى .
