لمجلس النقابة أن يعيد النظر في كل وقت في المعاشات والاعانات السابق تقريرها وفقا لما تقتضيه حالة الصندوق أو حالة الشخص المنتفع بالمعاش أو الإعانة وذلك طبقا للقواعد التي يتضمنها النظام الداخلي .
