على الوزراء تنفيذ هذا القانون كل منهم فيما يخصه ، يعمل به بعد ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشره بالجريدة الرسمية ، ويصدر وزير الصناعة القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذه .
يبصم هذا القانون بخاتم الدولة ، و ينفذ كقانون من قوانينها .
صدر برئاسة الجمهورية في ١٨ شعبان سنة ١٣٩٦ ( ١٤ أغسطس سنة ١٩٧٦ )
