تتولى اللجنة الوطنية التنسيقية لمكافحة ومنع الهجرة غير الشرعية والاتجار بالبشر
المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٢٨) من القانون المرافق المهام المنوطة بها وفقا لأحكامه .
وتحل هذه اللجنة محل اللجنة التنسيقية لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر المنشأة
وفقا للقانون رقم ٦٤ لسنة ٢٠١٠ بشأن مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر ، وتتولى جميع مهامها
وتؤول إليها جميع حقوقها وموجوداتها ومستنداتها ، وتتحمل جميع التزاماتها ،
ويلغى كل حكم يخالف ذلك .
